New York’s 1,250-Acre Mega Site

WNY STAMP is New York’s 1,250-Acre Mega Site, joining large metropolitans (Toronto, Ont., Buffalo, NY and Rochester, NY) in a low-cost hydropower zone ($0.035/kilowatt hour delivered) powered by Niagara Falls.

The Genesee County Economic Development Center is your partner in maximizing western New York’s abundant talent and power.

Our 2.3 million neighbors include 8,000+ new engineering and technology graduates annually, and over 40% of the North American population is reachable in under 10 hours by car. Three international airports bring European visitors to our region.

Niagara Falls produces over 4,500 megawatts of renewable, reliable power, and 10% is dedicated to companies at WNY STAMP. Excess infrastructure capacities are available of 485 megawatts of power, 12 million gallons-day of water, 11 million gallons-day of wastewater, along with plentiful gas and telecommunications systems.

WNY STAMP’s North Campus offers 850 acres of shovel-ready sites, with parcels of up to 650 acres available for projects seeking 500,000 to 5,000,000 sq. ft. of immediate growth.

WNY STAMP’s South Campus offers 400 acres of shovel-ready sites, with 20 and 70-acre parcels available for projects seeking 40,000 to 750,000 sq. ft. of immediate growth.

All site-level environmental and site readiness tasks are completed at WNY STAMP’s South Campus and North Campus, with utilities available on-site, being constructed to the site, or in final pre-construction review as of 2020.

The Genesee County Economic Development Center brings experience with European companies building and operating large-scale food and beverage processing, energy, fabrication, and renewables. Expedited permitting allowed an international company to launch construction of an food and beverage processing facility in under 15 days from project announcement. Our Genesee FAST Workforce Program provides rapid deployment of all staffing resources to support new operations and expansions.

We bring the people, the power, and the incentives to you!
