Greater Phoenix: Greater Together

Greater Phoenix is one of the largest and fastest-growing regions in the United States, home to more than 4.9 million people and projected to grow to 5.8 million residents by 2031. The region accounts for 72.2% of Arizona’s economy and is a strategic Southwest U.S. location for international trade and investment due to the large consumer and talent base and easy connectivity to numerous surrounding market hubs, including California, Texas and Mexico. As the regional economic development organization, the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) works with 22 member communities, Maricopa County and more than 190 private investors to accomplish its mission and serve as a strategic partner to companies across the world as they expand or relocate.
