In addition to the university, we are proud to have the Maysville Community and Technical College Rowan Campus ideally located within our MMRC Regional Industrial Park where students are trained in advanced manufacturing, robotics, a variety of trades as well as nursing. Our industrial park has over 300 acres of level, flood-free land with truck accessibility and industrial infrastructure ready for development. The park is 1.5 miles from interstate 64 and 2.3 miles from our regional airport.
