Genesee County Economic Development Center

Genesee County

Power. People. Incentives.

Genesee County is your partner in maximizing the abundant talent, infrastructure and market assets in New York’s Buffalo-Rochester Metro Corridor. 2.3 million residents live, work, and play within our region. We are powered by Niagara Falls ($.035 kilowatt-hour power), top universities (8,000+ engineering/network & IT graduates annually), three international airports and Interstate 90 (40% of the U.S. and Canadian population lives within a 10 hour drive).

Our Economic Development Center has developed and owns 1,800 acres of project-ready industrial sites, with over 500 megawatts of excess low-cost power and massive gas, water, sewer capacities. WNY STAMP, New York’s largest available mega-site campus for nanotechnology, optics-photonics, semiconductor, data center, and food & beverage investments is now available for projects needing 25 to 1,250 acres.
